Chiropractors are highly educated and specially trained health care providers who diagnose and treat conditions of the musculoskeletal system (the body's bones, muscles, cartilage, tendons, joints and connective tissues). They are specifically trained to diagnose underlying causes of injury, treat and recommend options to relieve pain, restore mobility and prevent reoccurrence so people can lead active and healthy lives. They are also able to advise patients on corrective exercise, healthy lifestyle choices, injury prevention, and nutrition.
Massage Therapists assess the body’s soft tissue and joints. They perform massage therapy to relieve pain and symptoms of stress or to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or increase physical function. Massage Therapist are required to have over 2200 hours of specialized training in order to assess each patients individualized needs.
