I was born and raised in Ponoka Alberta. In 2002, I began my chiropractic education at Palmer College (Davenport, Iowa). I graduated on October 20, 2006 and decided to return to Alberta and set up a clinic in Red Deer. On February 1, 2007, I opened the doors to Jones Family Chiropractic. I really enjoy treating patients and the challenge each patient presents. I like seeing the positive results chiropractic can have in their lives. I use a variety of adjusting techniques along with muscle therapy. I feel this allows the adjustment to be more effective and maintains longer lasting results. I believe that a joint has become dysfunctional when it no longer moves in its normal range of motion. Dysfunctional joints cause pain and degeneration. My goal with every treatment is to find those dysfunctional joints and return them to their original, pain free range of motion.

I grew up in Ponoka and I am excited to be back in Central Alberta. Some of my personal chiropractic interests include sports injury and performance, pediatrics & pregnancy and wellness care. I chose this career because it gave me the foundation to support and educate my patients who are wanting to pursue and/or maintain their passions. I incorporate a variety of different adjusting and soft tissue techniques and movement focused care into my treatments. When I am not treating my patients I like to travel, spend time with my family & friends and continue my search for the perfect cup of coffee. (Local recommendations welcome!)
I have been a massage therapist for 14 years and with Jones Family Chiropractic for the last 9 years. I enjoy helping my clients with a variety of issues, some ongoing and some temporary. In my experience, massage therapy has something to offer every client that walks through the door.

I have taken courses in Lesen (more commonly used in manual osteopathy), cupping and sports massage. When I am not treating clients in the office I can be found spending time with my 2 boys and my dogs. Together we enjoy biking, exploring the trails, fishing, and camping. I also have an interest in PC gaming.
I love to learn new things and am very happy to be part of the team here at Jones Family Chiropractic. The clients are wonderful and it truly feels like a family at the office.

I moved to central Albert in 2014 & I joined the Jones Family Chiropractic office in 2016. I have been lucky to be a part of the team and one of my favourite parts of the job is interacting with all our great patients and clients.
